2025年8月6日，在英国格拉斯哥大学举行的全英/全欧中国经济学会(Chinese Economic Association UK/Europe, 简称CEA UK/Europe)年会上，复旦大学文科资深教授、经济学院院长张军等14位杰出学者荣膺该学会首届会士(Fellow)称号。

设立会士称号是CEA UK/Europe学会发展史上的重要里程碑，也是该学会最高荣誉，旨在铭记长期鼎力支持CEA UK/Europe学会发展、积极推动中欧经济学界交流及合作的重要参与者和贡献者，表彰对学会发展及中国经济研究作出杰出贡献的优秀学者。

全英/全欧中国经济学会(Chinese Economic Association UK/Europe,简称CEA)成立于1988年，是独立的非营利学术团体，也是欧洲最具影响力的关注中国经济发展的学会。学会成员包含对中国经济发展感兴趣的学者、学生和企业高管。学会的宗旨是增进公众对中国经济发展的理解，并推动关于中国经济的高质量研究。学会在欧洲和中国举办年会以及学术研讨会，鼓励中国与欧洲之间的学术交流。

Inaugural Fellows of the Chinese Economic Association (CEA) UK/Europe

The Chinese Economic Association (CEA) UK/Europe has reached a historic milestone with the establishment of its Fellow title. As the highest honour bestowed by the CEA UK/Europe, the Fellowship honours individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the Association and to research on China’s economic development. Approved by the Board of CEA UK/Europe, 14 distinguished scholars have been elected as the inaugural cohort of Fellows.

The establishment of the CEA UK/Europe Fellow title represents a defining milestone in the association’s history. This inaugural conferral serves not only as the highest recognition of the recipients’ outstanding scholarly contributions—spanning macroeconomics, microeconomics, development economics, finance, institutional economics, and beyond—but also as a profound expression of gratitude for their enduring support of the association’s development and their active role in advancing academic exchange between Chinese and European economics communities. Over its 37-year history, the association has evolved into a critical bridge for economic research collaboration between China and Europe, and these Fellows stand as pivotal participants and contributors to this legacy.

Holding this historic ceremony in Glasgow—the workplace of Adam Smith, the founding father of modern economics—lends the event deep resonance with economics’ intellectual heritage. We extend our warmest congratulations to all inaugural Fellows. Their achievements and contributions bring honour not merely to themselves but to the entire association, while also establishing an exemplary standard for the global economics community, particularly for emerging scholars.
