The 7th International Conference on Futures and Other Derivatives (ICFOD) will be held in Shanghai on October 19-20, 2018 (Friday afternoon and Saturday). The conference is being organized by the Fudan University, Tsinghua University, Beihang University and hosted by the Fudan-Stanford Institute for China Financial Technology and Risk Analytics, Fudan University, Shanghai, China. This conference aims to bring together academics, policymakers and practitioners to discuss a wide variety of topics on global derivative markets and their implications for market participants.

Potential Publications:
Both the Journal of Futures Markets (JFM) and Quantitative Finance (QF) will each publish special issues devoted to selected English language papers presented at the conference. All papers accepted for the conference are eligible to be considered for publication in either the JFM or QF. However, if you wish your paper to be considered for publication in the JFM or QF, please indicate so in the email accompanying your paper submission. Papers will be reviewed for the JFM or QF upon receipt using their normal criteria. Note that the acceptance of a paper to the conference is not a guarantee of publication by the JFM or QF. (Both JFM and QF are SSCI indexed journals.)
For Chinses language papers, two Chinese language Journals, the Journal of Management Science (中国管理科学) and Studies of International Finance (国际金融研究) will also selectively publish Chinese language papers presented at the conference. All papers accepted for the conference are eligible to be considered for publication in the two journals. However, if you wish your paper to be considered for publication, please indicate so in the email accompanying your paper submission. Papers will be reviewed for the two journals upon receipt using their normal criteria. Note that the acceptance of a paper to the conference is not a guarantee of publication in the two journals.
All papers will go through the journal’s standard blind review process.
