National Research University – Higher School of Economics (HSE University)

International College of Economics and Finance (ICEF) is a division of the HSE University, ranked #105 globally in Economics & Econometrics (QS 2025) and holding the #1 position among Russian universities in this field.

A collaborative agreement allows students to earn a double degree from ICEF's MSc in Financial Economics and Fudan University's Master in Finance. The program involves one year of study at each university, with successful graduates receiving two master's degrees.
