The first batch of students enrolled in the Double Professional Degree Master Program in International Business, which was set up in 2012 through the joint efforts of the school and ESSCA School of Management in France , have recently started their one-year stay at ESSCA. After they complete their studies at ESSCA and spend one more year at Fudan, they will receive a state-accreditated master degree by ESSCA and the Professional Master of International Business by FUDAN if they meet the requirements of both schools.

Before the students left for ESSCA, the school organized an orientation for them on the afternoon of September 2. Dr. Wang Jian, Director of the program, welcomed the students and gave a brief introduction to Fudan. Then Dr. Frauke Austermann from the Shanghai office of ESSCA offered advice about their stay in France and answered their questions. Finally Dr. Xu Ye and Ms. Sun Lengmei talked to the students about the curriculum of the program. The orientation proved to be quite helpful and the students looked forward to a fruitful and pleasant stay at ESSCA.
