Dr. Wang Yuan, post-doc fellow of the school, attended the 5^th annual conference of the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress which was held in Beijing on July 5-7, 2013. This conference attracted more than 680 participants from China , the U.S. , Singapore , New Zealand , South Korea and Japan . As the sole author of “Imperfect information, competition under uncertain conditions and phased sales of real estate”, Dr. Wang won the first prize of the Best Papers Awards the conference offered.
