The Fudan-Pramerica Fosun Insurance Laboratory was launched at the School of Economics, Fudan University on the afternoon of Sept. 16th.
Present at the launching ceremony were Pei Guang, Director of CIRC in Shanghai, Gou Yannan, Assistant to President of Fudan University, Sun Jianjun, CEO of Pramerica Fosun, Zhang Jun, Dean of the School of Economics.
Mr Sun Jianjun noted that the employment of fresh graduates remains an important social topic. This laboratory aims to capitalize on the advantage of college-corporation coalition and make meaningful contributions to the development of talents, innovative industries and industrial reform.
The insurance lab will allow faculty and students to simulate operations in insurance companies, working in teams on all aspects of the insurance business including product research, design, pricing, packaging and sales. Participating students will have a platform to develop their talent and innovate while insurance companies can benefit from the innovative thinking and find prospective employees.
